Abstract:

This paper studied the heavy metal pollution of lead, mercury, inorganic arsenic, cadmium and chrome in the sample of mainly aquatic feed and raw material in Fujian；The content of lead, mercury, inorganic arsenic, cadmium and chrome in samples were determined by using atomic absorption spectrometry and hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry；The results showed that: Lead content in the sample of aquatic feed were 0.05 ～3.52mg/kg, Mercury content were < 0.00 ~ 0.912 mg/kg, Inorganic arsenic levels were < 0.01 ~ 5.40 mg/kg, Cadmium content were 0.08 ~3.05 mg/kg and Chrome content were 1.28 ~ 20.46 mg/kg. Lead content in the sample of raw material were < 0.01 ~ 7.51 mg/kg, Mercury content were < 0.001 ~ 0.476 mg/kg, Inorganic arsenic levels were < 0.01 ~ of 143 mg/kg and cadmium content were < 0.01 ~ 139 mg/kg；The content of mercury, inorganic arsenic, cadmium and chromium were higher than the Standard Limit, and there were the heavy metal pollution and risk issues in Part of aquatic feed in Fujian.
