Abstract：Using single-factor gradient design, experimental feedstuff of equal nitrogen and equal energy were added Quinocetone by 0 mg/kg , 25 mg/kg, 50mg/kg, 75 mg/kg, 100mg/kg and 125 mg/kg to feed carp for 50d, feedstuff added no growth-promoting agent being for comparision. Results showed that, content of protein and calcium in carp reached the highest when added Quinocetone by 50mg/kg, 5.52% and 1.11% higher than control group. When Quinocetone was added by 75 mg/kg, contents of moisture, ash and lipid being the lowest, 5.41%,1.76% and 0.75% lower than control group. When Quinocetone content in feedstuff ranged 50-75 mg/kg , nutrition composition of carp performs well.
