Abstract:

Hebei province was the headstream of the rural “four clean-ups” movement throughout the country. This movement experienced the two stages of “four small clear” which gave first place to clear economy and “four big clear” which gave first place to clear politics. The “four clear Baoding” experience which existed in Hebei creative stage of “four small clear” was one of the main basis in working out the “first ten main part” of the whole nation carrying out “four clean-ups” movement by the Guangzhou convention of central authority. The “peach garden experience” and the power-seizing fighting “experience” of small station which both existed in the “four big clean-ups” have produced significant influence on the whole nation’s “four clean-ups” movement and also has affected the development of the “left” mistake during the movement.
