Abstract:

Based on Agricultural Extension General Station of Anhui Province & Animal Husbandry General Station of Shaanxi Province, this article chose 10 typical districts & counties in the mentioned provinces, and analyzed currant situation of village-level agricultural extension technicians’ workforce specialized on planting & breeding. After symposiums among village-level agricultural extension technicians, questionnaires based on partial village-level agricultural extension technicians & potential village-level agricultural extension technicians like model households & major planting and breeding households, and related investigation. This article summarized some good methods, meanwhile gave some advice on village-level agricultural extension technicians workforce enhancement, as to existing common questions.
