Study on Economical and Intensive Utilization of Land in Villages Planning of Huanglou Village, Henan Province

Abstract:

The land economical and intensive utilization became the inevitable choice to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of land and to guarantee the stable development of economy in the new period. The author took Huanglou Village for example to analyze the problems existing in the construction of Huanglou Village. According to the economical and intensive construction standards of village, the author ran through the land-saving concept to the whole village planning in order to realize the land economical and intensive utilization by means of planning. In contrast with the status, Huanglou Village construction land-saving effect was remarkable. The acreage of Huanglou Village construction land before planning was 41.35 hm2 and the per capita acreage of construction land was 205.52 m2/person. The acreage of construction through planning was 19.14 hm2 and the per capita acreage of construction land was 88.55 m2/person. The acreage of construction land reduced by 22.21 hm2 and the per capita acreage of construction land reduced by 116.97 m2/person .The land economical and intensive utilization level greatly improved. This can provide reference for villages planning and also for land economical and intensive regulations.
