Abstract:
To detect the differences of antibody level in breeders immunized by two different ND-IB-IBD-Reo combined inactivated vaccines before laying, two chicken flocks were inoculated with A and B vaccine respectively at the age of 20 weeks. At 28 d and 56 d after immunization the HI antibody of ND was detected by HI test and antibodies of IB, IBD and Reo were detected by ELISA. The results showed that at 28 d and 56 d after immunization the antibody titers of IBD and Reo in group immunized with B vaccine were significantly higher than those of IBD and Reo in group immunized with A vaccine(P﹤0.05). The antibody titers of ND and IB in group B were higher compared with those of ND and IB in group A, but the difference were not significant(P﹥0.05).The research suggests that B vaccine is better than A vaccine based on antibody levels, and provides the foundation not only for the selection of ND-IB-IBD-Reo combined inactivated vaccine in breeder but also for the development of reasonable immunization programs.
