Abstract:
The aim was to observe effect of the content of soluble solid, titratable acid, reducing sugar and total anthocyanin by bagging treatment of Vitis amuremsis Rupr., and provide theoretical guidance for production of high quality Vitis amuremsis Rupr.. Taking ‘Shuanghong’ Vitis amurensis Rupr. as test materials, applying HPLC technology, effect of anthocyanins and related quality was studied by bagging treatment of Vitis amuremsis Rupr. The results showed that compared with control group, the content of titratable acid dealt with by bagging treatment of Vitis amuremsis Rupr was all significantly increase, the content of soluble solid and sugar were lower, the content of total anthocyanins was almost unchanged, the content of cyanidin-3-glucoside was significantly lower. The content of reducing sugar was increased and the content of total anthocyanins was not unchanged, but cyanidin-3-glucoside was all significantly increased by removing bag before the harvest time.
