Abstract:
In order to use the flowering Chinese cabbage germplasm appropiately and improve the efficiency of screening new varieties. In this paper, we analyzed the genetic diversity and relationship among 44 Brassica parachinensis germplasms by employing 27 SRAP primer combinations in order to provide reference for the genetic distances in Brassica parachinensis. The results showed that 418 amplified bands were obtained, among these germplasm ranged from 0.509 to 0.900 by software NTSYSpc2.1 based on SRAP results. The 44 Brassica parachinensis germplasm were divided into two groups on coefficient threshold of 0.638, among which two groups were clustered mainly according to color, and the first group included purple and red color cultivar while the other group included the green cultivar.
