Abstract: Influence tests of different fertilizer combinations on oil and protein content, as well as yield of soybean variety hefeng47 with high-oil content were carried out .The result were that treatments B,C, E,G, H, I can increase its oil content, treatments D, E, F, G, H, I can increase its protein content, treatments C, D, F, G, H can increase its yield, and some treatments can increase its pods per plant, seeds per plant, and Weight of 100 seeds .
