Abstract:
In order to analyze the post-receptor signal transduction mechanism of the secretion of FSH in rats. The GTH cells was stimulated by GnRH after the activity of PKC in them was treated by PMA or H7. FSH was detected by ELISA, which was compared with the control group. The results showed that PMA could significantly improved the activity of PKC in GTH cells, which H7 could significantly reduced. Neither PMA nor H7 could not influenced the content of cAMP significantly in GTH cells. The activity of PKC in GTH cells influenced the secretion of FSH significantly, that was to say, the level of FSH rose with the rise of PMA and fallen with the falling of H7. The conclusion was drawn that PKC-Ca2+ was the post-receptor signal transduction pathway that the cells stimulated by GnRH impulse secreted FSH.
