Abstract:

In order to find the difference of agro-recycling economy in Hebei Province, based on ‘4R’ principle of agro-recycling economy, the author established the comprehensive evaluation index of agro-recycling economy by using relevant research results, using the osculation value method, statistical data, evaluated quantitatively the effects of agro-recycling economy in Hebei Province in 2009. The results showed that Langfang City was the best, followed were Tangshan, Handan, Cangzhou City and other cities, Xingtai City, the provincial average, Qinhuangdao City were poor to the other citys. The conclusion was that it must took into account both resource efficiency and reduce environmental pollution target when people developed social economy.
