Abstract: The induced resistance to C. lagenarium was conducted through cucumber treated with benzo(1,2,3)thiadiazole-7-carbothioic acid S-methylester (BTH). The result showed that 0.05~0.7mmol/L BTH expressed different effects on induced resistance, among which the induced resistance in cucumber treated with 0.3mmol/L BTH had the best effect and the effect reached 84.94% .The third day expressed the best effect after induced, duration of the induction could remain 21 days or more. At the same time, the result also showed that BTH had induction of systemic resistance in cucumber against anthracnose. BTH had no direct inhibition to the spore germination and mycelial growth.
