Abstract:

The characteristics and types of the agricultural science and technology documents, and the work of assembling files were analyzed. The collection, management and filing of the agricultural science and technology documents should start from the characteristics of the agricultural science and technology documents. It should collect the important files completely, and also consider the convenience and practicability. The feasible method was that the set of documents and the important level of science and technology documents were used to be the principle combing many methods to assemble files.
