Abstract: It is important to arrange the proportion of land in agricultural structure arrangement. And the pivotal step is making sure the proportion of each industry, when the programmes of agricultural structure arrangement are decided. According to Chongqing city statistics of 1998~2003, this paper makes out proportion of agricultural by grey correlation analysis, and then it calculates the coefficient of each plan. In the end, the best plan will be picked out.
