Abstract: Rural residential area readjustment is an important means to promote land use efficiency and intensive degree, improve reasonable and scientific exploitation. In addition, it is a main measure to improve rural feature, living conditions and ecosystem environment. So in this paper, based on the present situation and characteristics of rural residential area of Xinjiang, Pointing out existing problems and outputting causes, then analyzing its benefits and profitable factors, putting forward to strengthen publicity and sturdy regulation system, implementing village construction planning, order to control land use scale and increase its profits.
