Abstract:

Lipid biosynthesis pathway was mentioned, and the related molecular markers and QTL mapping for oil content and some important fatty acids (including oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and erucic acid) were summarized. The applications of molecular marker technologies in the construction of rapeseed genetic linkage map, gene location of important traits, genetic diversity, germplasm resource evaluation and molecular marker assist selection were discussed. At last, some problems and the prospect were provided.
