Abstract:

Implying the subject librarian system in the library of Agricultural university is the need of the construction and the development of the subject of Agricultural university, is also the need of improving service levels and the ability of a library. This paper used network survey and comparison method to comparative analysis the implement of subject librarian system which ranked on the top nine agriculture college libraries; The results show that the discipline characteristics of the agricultural colleges decides the the service nature and scope of the subject librarians, agricultural colleges unexecuted the subject librarian system need to make detailed suitable for the development of the discipline of the subject librarian system, select and hire the subject librarian carefully, establish the subject librarian assessment and evaluation system. According to investigation of the material, and combining with the actual situation of the library, this paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the subject librarian system of agriculture college librarian system.
