Abstract:

In order to provide more specific theories and practical guidance for the urbanization of migrant worker, the authors summarized domestic and foreign research about the influence of the human capital on the urbanization of migrant worker and the differentiation of migrant worker in the process of urbanization. Through the study based on cross disciplines of social stratification structural theory and human capital theory, the authors found that the human capital of migrant worker not only had a practical guidance and integration function on migrant worker layered, and also the city selecting migrant worker, and so played a very important coupling role between different layered migrant workers and different cities. Based on such research, the authors proposed that improving the human capital of migrant worker in two directions of different migrant workers and different cities should become one of most proper internal paths to solve the problem of urbanization of vast migrant workers.
