Abstract:

In this paper, the price of pork and the listed amount from2002 to 2011 are analyzed using the data of the eight biggest wholesale markets in Beijing.The results show that: the price of pork increased in waves. The fluctuations of pork price roughly experiences 3.5 years as a cycle. In the year, the price of pork was a “peak-valley”type, and the listed amount basicly changed in reverse with the pork price.
