Application of Combustion Desulfurization Agent in Tobacco Curing

Abstract:

In order to reduce the emissions of harmful gases in coal combustion in the tobacco curing process and improve the combustion properties of coal, the test of application of combustion desulphurization agent was studied. The results showed that, adding 3% efficient combustion in coal-fired desulphurization agents could improve the combustion performance of coal-fired and make it be burnt more fully. The average temperature in the furnace was increased by 53.67℃ to the check and combustion effect was obvious, which favored to improve the utilization of coal-fired, and reduce energy consumption. So 3% and 1% efficient combustion desulphurization agent was added in coal-fired,coal consumption and combustion of carbon oxides, nitrides and sulfides, and other emissions were reduced to varying degrees. The effect of sulfur removal was significant.
