Abstract:

The recycling agriculture is the practice of recycling economy on the agriculture, also is the necessary choice to realize the ecological culture in the rural construction and the alteration of agricultural EGP. According to the "3R" principles of recycling economy, this paper constructed the evaluation index system and measuring model of the recycling agricultural development, and then applied the model to have a comprehensive evaluation about the process of recycling agricultural development in Beijing. The results show that the development of recycling agriculture in Beijing is still in its infancy.
