Abstract:

To optimize preparation technology of the water extract and alcohol precipitation for Cuiqingzhuyunye liquid, volume of water, the time and frequency of decoction, the concentration and frequency of alcohol precipitation were investigated with the content of the icariin as an indicator, by orthogonal design. The results showed that the optimum technology was as follows：extracted for 3 times with water 10 times of the amount of the crude drug and 1 hour every time，then alcohol precipitation for 1 time by using 75% alcohol. The content of the icariin in Cuiqingzhuyunye liquid was 0.98892 mg/mL，which indicated that the optimum technology was stable and feasible.
