Abstract:
In order to study the effect of meteorological factors on ‘Biqi’ Myrica rubra’s maturity, as Myrica rubra’s characteristic production and fruit quality analysis to provide reliable basis. By using grey correlation analysis, the correlation degree between ‘Biqi’ Myrica rubra’s maturity, including single fruit weight (appearance index), total soluble solids (flavor index) and edible rate (texture index) and meteorological factors, including mean temperature, mean maximum temperature, mean minimum temperature, precipitation, relative humidity and sunshine hours were studied. Results were as follows: correlation degree of single fruit weight with relative humidity was the biggest; climate factors of affecting on total soluble solids and edible rate were primarily temperature index; correlation degree of single fruit weight with relative humidity was more closely in addition to the middle ten days of June outside; correlation degree of total soluble solids with temperature index was the biggest, which was mean temperature in the middle ten days of May, mean maximum temperature in the last ten days of April, mean minimum temperature in the middle ten days of June; correlation degree of edible rate with temperature index was the biggest, which was mean temperature and mean maximum temperature in the first ten days of May, mean minimum temperature in the middle ten days of June. Meteorological factors affecting on ‘Biqi’ Myrica rubra’s Maturity, and effect of time period were different, therefore, corresponding measures were adopted in practice.
