Abstract: In recent years, along with the development of Chinese agriculture and rural economic, especially the agriculture industrialization turn the rise of the management with the rural force transfer, the speed of the land usufruct flows which is called “the third land revolution” is more obviously and quickly, and the scale extends continuously and form various variety, and which is the necessary road of our agriculture heads into modernization is the beneficial complement to the family contract system. The different region flows in different way, and every district positively quest valid forms in locale land usage and the acceleration of land flows. After WTO entry, accompany with the meeting of commitment, our agriculture faces changes from protection and closing to the situation of free competition with other country’s agriculture.
