Abstract: Abstract: With the advancement of urbanization progress, rural land circulation often happens in daily life, but the problem of the rural land housing’ assets management is gradually outstanding. Due to its necessity, its outstanding problems, and its new model of rural land housing’ assets management, this paper employs the methods of literature consultation and contrastive analysis to review the literature’s results, and make out the problems in the existed studies, as well as look forward to the direction and the core task in the future. The results have shown that it should make the trader more obviously, create the mechanism of benefit distribution and assets assessment, and breed rural land housing assets market in order to enhance the management of rural land housing assets.
