Abstract: For improving Potted Ficus’s anti-stress capability during storage and transportation，delaying ficus decrepitude，and reducing the defoliation rate. Effects of temperature，medium，fertilizer and growth regulator for preventing defoliation on potted ficus were studied，the result studied for combination of coconut chaff（80%）+ perlite（20%）+ water-holding agent (10 gram ，medium: water-holding agent is 100：1),irrigated with liquid GROW MORE K diluted at 100 times, sprayed with 800ug/L 0.004% brassinolides, and after stored and transported at 10℃. So the technology could make the Ficus low 16% defoliation rate after 36 days’storage and transportation.
