Abstract: This text regards the agriculture's statistical data of the western and eastern of our country during 1985 —2002 as samples. Analyze in agricultural investment and measurement economy of peasant's income of Hebei, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, Guangdong seven eastern province and Sichuan , Ningxia , Xinjiang , Qinghai , Yunnan , Gansu , Shanxi , Guizhou eight western province. The author puts forward to offering reference for making the policies and measures which increase peasant' s income.
