Abstract: This paper used the social-capital theory and the survey data from mountainous area in Sichuan province to analyze the factors that influence management’trust for members. The results of the study showed that managements’age, sex, general education degree, relationship and members’responsibility had influence on the trust. Managements’age and their relationship with members had significant effects on the trust. Managements’education degree, sex and responsibility had insignificant effects. This paper studied the question of the institutional improvement of cooperatives and suggested to enhance the trust between the management and members.
