Construction Genetic Map in F1 Population of‘Shinseiki’בChonghuadali’

Abstract: The study aims to provide basic theory for genes mapping of important agronomic traits, molecular marker-aided breeding of pear and variety improvement. Using JoinMap 4.0 to construct a genetic linkage map of F1 population 210 seedlings derived from an interspecific cross between the ultivars‘Shinseki’× ‘Chonghuadali’. The map consisted of 9 SSR markers, 79 SRAP markers and 8 ISSR markers which belong to 14 linkage groups. The genome spans 1530 cM and the average genetic distance between makers was 16.1 cM. The densest group had 64 markers. The smallest locus interval was 0.1 cM.
