Abstract: The variety of microorganism and nematode were studied in the rhizosphere soil of strawberry by three kinds of drugs at different growing stages and got a number of pure strains by separating at lab. Result showed that the numbers of fungi and actinomycetes in soil treating with drugs were less than that of no treating. The numbers of bacteria were more than that of no treating. The ratio of fungi to bacteria was lower than no treating significantly and this correlate with yields significantly. The numbers of nematode was the most in yeaning fruit stage and gradually decreased in prosperity fruit stage and the after of pi ing fruit stage.
