Abstract: In order to analyze the related factors of the entrepreneurial behavior of the new generation of migrant workers, we had investigated on the 400 questionnaires in Lanzhou, and the factors-affecting were divided into three parts, such as the subject internal factors, the human capital factors and the outside environment factors . Furthermore, it was analyzed by the Binary Logistic Model. The results showed that the age was the major factors, it was compared with the gender and risk preference in the subject internal factors; Compared with vocational training, the education and working years were the major factors in the human capital factors; Compared with policy support, the household income and financial support were the major factors in the outside environment factors .
