Abstract: Objective:To study the effect of temperature on the growth of Jinfusan Ganoderma. Method:Through random groups experiment of two factors, the effect of height and day-night variation of temperature on the growth of mycelia and fruit body were studied . Result ; The height and day-night variation of temprature make differences to the growth of mycelia and fruit body. Conclusion:The temperature range in which Ganoderma mycelia can grow aptly is 23~29℃,but the optimum is 26℃. Under the temperature of 23~29℃ and day-night temperature variation of 0~4 ℃,the fruit body can growth normally. If temperature is 26~29℃ and the day-night temperature variation is 2℃,the biological efficiency is highest.
