Abstract: The papar studies the effects of different concentrations and kinds of growth regulators on the callus induction, somatic embryogenesis and young plant differentiation in the root and stem of Aralia elata (Miq) seem. It shows that the inducement rate of stem callus is tiptop in MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L culture medium, in which the number of the embryoid of callus is the most , young plant differentiate rate is 92.5% and callus can keep high regeneration.
