Abstract: During the tissue culture and fast produce of potato, all kinds of exceptional tube-plantlet turn on, these give some destroy in produce. On the basis of many years trial and quantity of experiments, really analysis the produce reason of the exceptional tube-plantlet: that is bad circumstance conditions is the direct reason. At the same time, give out the settle method of these things, in order to reduce some destroy.
