Abstract: The content of heavy metal in vegetable soil influences environmental safety and human health.According to crosscheck index and relative error parameters, the article applies GIS and geostatistical analysis to analyze the spatial interpolation and precision analysis of siscadmium, mercury, chromium, arsenic, lead in research areas to compare the spatial prediction of ordinary Kriging and co-Kriging. The results show that heavy metals in the research areas have moderate strength variability. In the condition of significant correlation between heavy metal, ordinary Kriging can more accurately predict the content of mercury, cadmium, and arsenic; and Cokriging can predict chromium and lead content more accurately than ordinary Kriging. Appropriate spatial interpolation method should be adopted according to the degree of soil heavy metal spatial variation.
