HULUNBEIER city located on the high quality soybean industry region in the China , is the biggest city of soybean planting in our country, especially, MOQI(located on HULUNBEIER city ) is the biggest county of soybean planting in the China ,it’s soybean Planting area is 500000 hm2 per year , the total yield can reach 700,000t, The area covers 75% of inner MOGOLIA and 5.5% of whole China’s soybean , water shortage and alternate and continuous cropping is the main obstacle of soybean production in the current . Just for this, to strengthen the support of state and technique investing, making effort to the improvement of quality, per unit yield, total yield, and production base constructed, to strengthen and to enlarge the trade and process enterprises, enhancing the additional value of soybean product, therefore, to push the healthy development of soybean industry.
