Abstract: The fruit characters of grape varieties collected in Zhengzhou germplasm repository are characterized and evaluated in this paper. The results show that the grape resources have diversity in shape and average weight of bunch and berry, total sugar content, total acid content, color of skin, firmness of flesh, particular flavor. The conical bunch shape, the circular and oblate berry shape, soft fresh, and flavor-less are the main characteristics of grape germplasm resources.
