Abstract: Based on analysis to current situation and existing problems of agricultural industrial structure in Gansu Province, this paper suggests a series of approaches for upgrading the agricultural industrial structure in the province such as adjusting industrial structure by market orientation; forming-up specialized industry by exerting regional priorities; boosting agricultural industrialization by extending industrial linkages; enhancing international competitiveness by restructuring export pattern; reshaping government function and strengthening scientific and technological supports.
