Abstract: In this article,we explored the biological and ecological responses of rape roots to acidify by the mimicry acidifying pot experiments. The results showed that:roots weight,root vitality,root volume,root length and root absorption of nutrition element are all be affected by the change of PH..At the same time we found that rape root should be damaged if PH under 4.8.
