The Influence of Different Treatment on Seed Germination of Bupleurum chinense DC.

Abstract: In the paper the influence of different treatments on seed germination percentage was studied on Bupleurum chinense DC.. The results indicated that the optimum temperature for germination was 20℃; the seed germination could be improved by 7~10 days’ sand culture; seed soaking could make the germination originated 2~3 days ahead without improving the percentage; either of 0.25%、0.5%、0.75% concentration of KMnO4 had bad affect on seed germination.
