Abstract:

The paper aims to understand the distribution of Pb in the sediments of the Bijiang watershed, we took the sediments in the Bijiang watershed as the study object, and analyzed the Pb pollution characteristics in the sediments of the Bijiang watershed by field investigation and statistical analysis. The results showed that: (1) the average content of Pb in the sediments of the Bijiang watershed was 1764.23 mg/kg; (2) the content of Pb in sediments was upstream>midstream>downstream; (3) the single factor pollution index of Pb in the sediments of the Bijiang watershed was extremely high, and the average single factor pollution index of upstream, midstream and downstream was 6.04, 2.51 and 2.03, respectively. Based on the comprehensive analysis of Pb content and single factor pollution index in the sediments of the basin, it is found that the pollution status of Pb in the Bijiang watershed is serious, showing an upstream>midstream>downstream trend, which is likely to affect the coastal farmland soil.
