This paper studied the fermentation medium and fermentation conditions of Streptomyces tumenensis BPS2 strain against Fulvia fulva. The results indicated that the most appropriate fermentation medium was F medium. Medium components of carbon and nitrogen were studied by quadrate experiment and the optimum medium included sucrose 1%, Cornmeal 2%, Peptone 0.3%, Soybean powder 3% and Ammonia sulfate 0.5% as well. The optimal fermentation parameters are 28℃, 180 r/min, 60 h, pH 6, 22 hours for strain age and 6% inoculation of seeds culture in 250 ml flask.
