Abstract:

The aim is to solve the problem of death caused by Phytophthora infestans and low yield per unit in potato planting. In this paper, we started with antagonistic bacteria, summarized and analyzed the inhibitory effects of Bacillus, Pseudomonas and myxobacteria on Phytophthora infestans in potato. At the same time, based on the previous studies, in the application of antagonistic bacteria, we used the new many-to-one plate confrontation sieve model to simulate the antagonistic action of antagonistic bacteria, in order to get stable antagonistic bacteria. We pointed out that the feasibility of practical application of antagonistic bacteria should be studied from colonization ability and influence of rhizospheric microorganisms. In addition, we proposed that the future exploration of antagonistic antibacterial inhibition of potato Phytophthora infestans should go from the phenotypic level to the molecular level, in order to successfully find the answer from the source to inhibit Phytophthora infestans in potato.
