Research on Green Prevention and Control Technology of Tobacco Root-Knot Nematode Disease

Abstract:

To explore the control effect of different treatments on tobacco root-knot nematodes, six different experimental materials were used to control root-knot nematodes in ‘Yunyan 87’. The effects of different treatments on root-knot nematodes control and tobacco quality were assessed based on the evaluation of tobacco growth period, agronomic traits before harvest and curing, disease index, control effect, economic traits and sensory quality. Different treatments had certain effects on root-knot nematode control. Treatment 5 and 7 had low disease index and best control effect. The combination of GenJuDi 6-2 + organic fertilizer GenJuDi 9 combined with JinDongWang was the best according to the evaluation data of agronomic traits, disease index, control effect, economic traits and sensory quality. It has a good performance in the prevention and control of tobacco root-knot nematodes, and can be popularized.
