Abstract: The distribution of chloride and sulfur in the tobacco plantlets was analyzed by correspondence analysis method. The flued-tobacco was made up in 2002 at Yunnan Honghe tobacco factory. The results showed that chloride and sulfur distributed from the upper to the lower position in the tobacco plantlet, no obvious regulation was observed. But the correspondence analysis can demonstrated the relation between tobacco leaves position and the distribution of chloride and sulfur.
