Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of Phytase and Compound Enzymes on Performance of Broilers and Environment; Methods:1600 one-day AA broilers were randomly allocated to 4 treatments with 4 replicates. Control group with base diet, experimental group 1, 2 and 3 with adding 0.1% Compound Enzymes, 0.01% Phytase and 0.1% Compound Enzymes+0.01% Phytase in base diet respectively. Results: compared with Control group, daily gain and feed efficiency in group 3 is best, then group 1 and group 2. Result: The fecal nitrogen in group 1,2,3 decreased 10.21%, 5.64% and 12.04% respectively, faecal phosphorus in group 1,2,3 decreased 2.04%, 30.61% and 31.63% respectively; the ammonia of henhouse in group 1,2,3 decreased 20.48%, 13.07% and 23.98%, the sulfureted hydrogen of henhouse in group 1,2,3 decreased 19.66%, 15.10% and 29.30% respectively. Conclusion: Phytase and Compound Enzymes improve performance of broilers and decrease pollute substance release.
