Abstract: It is a very important step for land use planning to evaluate the implementation of the General Land use planning(GLUS). Problems occurred in General Land use planning(GLUS) are summarized, evaluation content is explained in this paper, which including seven factors: land use structure，scale，location, schedule , profit and social effect ion, and evaluation indices system is conceived and build as well .
