Abstract: Mainstream urbanization theory prerequisite is that the peasant urbanization is an “end”, thus ignoring and shadowing the starting point of the rural urbanization. The academic accomplishment achieved in the “local rural urbanization” research results. Rural Urbanization refers to the general rural villages which have highly developed economy, with both rural and urban civilization. Rural residents’ income is near to urban residents’ income, and enjoying similar urban social security and public services, maintaining equivalent modern city lifestyle with a rural character.
