Abstract: Energy is the base for the new socialism village construction. The crisis of serving, zoology and investing existed in the rural energy guarantee from analyzing for China’s rural energy equilibrium. The custom of using energy and traditional technology will lead the rural energy demand exceeding the total energy supplying ability. The problem of rural energy supply will become the main limiting factor in economy and social development. So the renewable approach must be founded. According to the analysis on the potential in rural renewable resource and its utilizing way, the mode of using biomass energy combined with solar energy, especially to foster the biomass energy industry, will be the ultimate outlet for rural energy.
