Abstract: In order to further acquaint itself with something of running of rural land system in China, and find the questions. The author investigated 5 provinces such as Anhui, Shandong etc. about rural land system, so as to provide full and accurate data which can be used for reference. A plenty of data and typical cases are acquired by investigating of questionnaire, which are classified with existed demonstration, research fruits by the methods of economics, statistics and sociology in paper. Some important questions of theories, policies and law concerned land system are to research, and bring forward views and impersonally evaluate, based on its we induce some problems existed in rural land system in China at present, such as small scale, tensional land resources and out of practice, low efficient existed at same time, the main body of rural land property rights are vague, using right are unsteady, land markets to be moved match slowly. The conclusions show that land adjust is not inevitability, but frequencies of it are correlated notability with economy developing level, and the attitudes how to deal with their rural land are correlated notability with the family income, which analyzed by correlativity and χ2-squared.
